Planckian relaxation delusion in metals

چکیده

We present a critical review of recent attempts to introduce the new quantum ("Planckian") limit for temperature dependence inelastic scattering rate electrons in metals. briefly discuss main experimental facts and some simple theoretical models explaining linear growth resistivity (starting from very low temperatures) superconducting cuprates similar systems. There is no commonly accepted explanation such behavior up now. also known limits electrical conductivity (resistance). It shown that universal Planckian relaxation proposed papers kind delusion related certain procedure represent data.
